Hard beans and Torotoes

I found a bottle of American Ranch Barbecue Brine at Williams-Sonoma for only $2.99 reg. $12.95. But I started brining the meat too late for dinner so I made tacos instead.

Extra people showed up so I stretched the meat with beans. Now these beans are at least 30 years old and the only way to get them to cook until soft is to pressure cook them for about 2 hours. And the tomatoes? Let's just say some were riper than others. But on a yummy note everything was wrapped up in these:
