Bubbly Buttermilk
Don't throw it out. It makes a great dressing or dip.
- Buttermilk Dressing
- From Betty Crocker

- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 t. dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed or 1/8 t. garlic powder

- Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Shake before serving. About 3/4 cup dressing.
